How long will the order take to arrive?

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days (GMT-7) to prepare the items. We ship using Amazon FBA logistics, which usually takes 1-5 business days (GMT-7) for delivery to you.

There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address

Why does it shows my package has been delivered but it hasn't?

If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mail box, or with other household members, neighbors or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.

In most of the cases, packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.

Where are your products sent from?

We currently have our own warehouses and the third party collabs warehouse in the United States. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity. But no cross-border shipments.

 

How long can I get the refund after return?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 business days(GMT-7).

Will I pay for the return shipping fee?

1.Products with manufacturing defects.

Fesleymusic.com will be responsible for shipping fees. Get in touch with our service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and use it to return the items to Fesley.

2.Products with no manufacturing defects.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What should I do if my item/(parcel) is broken, not as described or wrong?

If there is any broken, not as described or wrong item (s)/parcel, please follow below steps to cooperate with the resolving process;

1.contact us by sending the clear photos or video of the exact problem
2. we will provide you with a satisfying solution in 24-48 business hours(GMT-7).

Why is the refund not the same as item price?

If there is a coupon or other discount in your order, correspondingly, the enjoyed discounts would be deducted from the actual refund.

(For example, if the item is $10 with $1 discount, we will refund you $9 cause you actually paid $9 )

 

Where can I find the Return Address?

After you have the return authorization from our customer service, we will send you the return shipping address and the RA(Return Authorization ) number.

Items returned without a valid RA number will be disposed and no refund will be initiated, if no customer comes to claim it within 30 days from the date of receipt.

 

What items can't be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dings, scrapes, or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Fesley will process refunds within 3-7 business days (GMT-7) of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.The bank may need 8-15 business days (GMT-7) to transfer the money to your card account.
